3Movs separates Community members from Channels. Choose the member search when you have an account name; a channel or video result answers a different question.

Where is the 3Movs member search?
Open Community and use Search Members. The field is labelled Members Name or Country, so a returned result is not necessarily an exact username match. Compare the account name on the member page with the public account link you already trust.
Start in Community for an account name
The Community page contains Search Members, with a field labelled Members Name or Country. Enter the public name there, then inspect the candidate member page. The same page also shows recently active members; that list is not an exhaustive username directory.
Record the address you actually open. Do not manufacture a member URL by placing a name after /channels/. A valid-looking address can point to a different kind of entity or nothing at all.
Keep channels and members in separate notes
Channels is a separate section. When a name appears there, describe the result as a channel unless the page itself establishes a member relationship. A video title mentioning someone does not establish that they operate its uploader account.
For a practical check, record three things: the page type, its full address, and the established public link you are comparing it with. This makes a mismatch explainable without relying on copied artwork or a familiar display name.
When the result is inconclusive
A broad name search can produce unrelated results. If you cannot connect a candidate to an account link deliberately published by its owner, leave it unconfirmed. Do not turn a country match or an appearance in media into a claim about a person's private accounts.

Does Search Members return only exact usernames?
Do not assume that. Its label includes both member name and country. Inspect the returned member page rather than treating the results list as confirmation.
Is a 3Movs channel the same thing as a member account?
They have separate navigation destinations. Identify which kind of page you have before comparing names or documenting a suspected impersonation.
