Decide which object you want to change
The Tube8 FAQ describes separate controls for favorites, channel subscriptions, and uploaded videos. Removing a favorite changes your saved list. Unsubscribing changes the channels you follow. Neither action establishes that a hosted video or account was deleted.
For a public account check, follow the actual uploader or channel link. A name in a saved-item list is not enough to identify the account responsible for the upload.
Use the video URL for an upload request
The FAQ points users to Tube8 support with the URLs of their uploads when requesting removal. Preserve the exact address before opening the request. Do not substitute the title, a screenshot of a search result, or a similar username.
A request is not a guarantee of removal or a completion timestamp. Keep the support response and any later observation separate from the date you submitted the request.
A disappearance does not explain an account's history
If an item vanishes from your favorites, check the original hosted address only where you are authorized to access it. Do not infer an uploader's identity, account deletion, or reason for removal from that single change.
