How do I open the profile of a mydealz deal poster?
Click the member’s avatar or username on mydealz to open their profile. Following that member tracks their new deals, vouchers and discussions; following a deal tracks updates to that particular thread.
Open the poster’s profile
Start with a deal or comment you remember. Click the member’s avatar or username. The official following guide identifies this as the route to their profile, where the follow button appears.
Choose what you want to follow
Follow the member for future deals, vouchers and discussions they publish. Use the deal’s notification control when you only want that discussion’s updates. A member can disable following, so an unavailable follow action is not evidence that their account has disappeared.
If the old name no longer helps
mydealz allows username changes in account settings, currently once every six months. Return to the original discussion or ask the member for their current profile link rather than assuming a remembered name is permanent.
