Find the Author of a Baby.ru Forum Post
Use the post’s author link instead of confusing a discussion with a member page.

How can I get from a Baby.ru post to its author?
Start with the Baby.ru post you already have and open its linked author name. Keep the member-page address when you want to return to that account; the discussion address points to the post instead.
Start from the discussion
The Baby.ru forum displays author links alongside discussions. Follow the author link from the relevant post, then save the page address. This keeps your reference tied to the account that published that post.
When the name is ambiguous
If someone sends a screenshot or a display name, ask for the original post or their own profile link. A similar name elsewhere on the forum is not enough to identify the author. Avoid guessing account addresses from a name.
A post describes what its author chose to share at the time. It is not evidence of someone’s current family circumstances or health.

Check a public handle across sites
You can separately check a public handle across supported sites. Compare results with a link the account owner has shared; a matching name alone does not confirm ownership.
