How can I get the correct Credly profile link?
Ask the owner to copy their public profile link from the profile icon in Credly. That link opens the profile rather than just an individual badge, making it a better starting point for reviewing the record they chose to share.
Sharing your own record
Credly’s sharing instructions say to select the profile icon at the top right and copy the link. Send that public URL when someone needs your overall profile. An individual badge link answers a narrower question.
Reading someone else’s profile
Start from the link they supplied or published on an established professional page. Credly describes separate badge and skills wallets; the owner can choose which items to feature or hide. A profile is not necessarily a complete list of every qualification.
Check the credential separately
For a particular credential, inspect its badge record and issuer details. A matching name on a profile alone does not establish that it belongs to the person you intended. Ask the owner to confirm the shared link when there is ambiguity.

Check a public handle across sites
You can separately check a public handle across supported sites. Review each result against a link the owner has shared; matching text alone does not confirm account ownership.
